Collaborate directly with senior level clients in a fast-paced environment to shape and execute strategy, including stakeholder engagement, internal operations, communications, and program execution. **What You Will Need:**The successful candidate will have at least 1-3 years of professional experience with expertise in the following areas:* Proven abilities and prior success working in a fast-paced environment with expectations to contribute to or lead workstream, to help provide clarity and direction in ambiguous situations.* Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into tangible documents, briefings, and/or deliverables.* Prior experience in creating C-Suite level strategic communications and visuals (i.e. one-pagers, “slicksheets,” etc.).* Prior experience in communications and stakeholder engagement to engender alignment and buy-in across a large, diverse set of stakeholders.* Prior experience supporting program management initiatives, including reporting, financial and resource management, communications, and operations.* Prior experience in preparing and/or facilitating client meetings and synthesizing data into high-level outputs.* Must have a minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.* Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance (i.e. US Citizenship required).**What Would Be Nice to Have:*** Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, developers, architects and subject matter experts.* Excellent organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple simultaneous projects in addition to time-sensitive ad-hoc requests.* Excellent skills in MS Office Suite (e.g., PowerPoint and Excel)* Familiarity with data analysis and visualization approaches and toolsThe annual salary range for this position is $74,000.00-$124,000.00.
