Monitoring and Reporting: Observe residents' health and report any significant changes in condition to the nurse or healthcare provider. Vital Signs Monitoring: Take and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiratory rate. Feeding Assistance: Aid residents who require assistance with eating, including providing meals, ensuring proper nutrition, and feeding as needed.
