Litigation Secretary | DTLA | Up to $105K (JN -072026-426878) Los Angeles, California Salary: USD90000 - USD105000 per year About the Opportunity A growing mid-sized litigation firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Secretary to support a 3:1 attorney desk in its Downtown Los Angeles office. The practice focuses on Business Litigation, Insurance Defense, Professional Liability Defense, and Commercial Real Estate Litigation. This is a newly created role with an established and growing office that offers a collaborative, fast-paced environment with strong team support and long-term stability. What We're Looking For Minimum 5 years of civil litigation defense experience Strong experience with State & Federal e-filing, docketing/calendaring, and trial preparation Experience supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation, including discovery, motions, trial, and appeals Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ProLaw experience is a plus Professional, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-moving team environment Ideal background from a mid-sized litigation firm Salary:$90,000 - $105,000 commensurate with experience Schedule: 7.5-hour workday with flexible start times between 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m.; 30-minute or 1-hour lunch option.
