Senior Project Manager_Transmission & Substation

Nuclear Energy About the role: We're looking for a Project Manager_ Transmission& Substation on behalf of our client. This is a 1-year contract assignment.(W-2) This is an Early Stage (ES) Project Manager – Transmission & Substation position. You will manage the Early Stage (ES) process for high-voltage transmission and substation projects within E&C. You will lead the development of procurement, engineering, permitting, and land. This position is not responsible for the site-based construction management. You will report to the onsite manager. Location: Juno Beach, FL or Remote is an option for qualified candidates. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead development of project plans with focus on execution, cost, and schedule.
• Coordinate diverse teams including Development, Land, Environmental, legal, Regulatory, Procurement (ISC), Engineering, and Operations.
• Prepare RFP packages to competitively source engineering, survey, geotechnical, LiDAR, and construction services.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Engineering or Construction Management
• Experience: 11 - 15 Years
• Experience managing projects >$100MM
• Manage scope, schedule, and cost and documentation skills
• Ability to travel (~25%)

The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $40.00/hr. to $45.00/hr.
