Marketing Coordinator II

We build for a better society. Responsibilities Meet with the Business Development and Marketing team to discuss strategic initiatives. Develop layouts for proposals in InDesign and input information. Interview project team members to gather value‑added information for proposal responses. Lead a proposal kickoff meeting with the project team. Update resumes and project sheets. Manage the local database and produce proposals, qualifications, award submittals and presentation materials. Assist with minor business development efforts, implementing concepts for and production of collateral materials. Qualifications 3+ years of marketing experience in the Architectural, Construction, Engineering (AEC) industry or a similar capacity. 3+ years of experience using Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office Suite. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism or a related discipline, or 8 years of equivalent experience plus a minimum of 3 years of prior relevant experience.
