Dental Territory Sales Manager

Location: San Luis, Monterey, Santa Barbara, San Benito and Fresno Counties

Salary: Base: $80,000 - $85,000

OTE: $150,000+ (uncapped)

Benefits: Full benefits include Medical (employee only), Dental, 401K, Vision, Car Allowance, PTO, All expenses paid

Travel: Overnight travel required: 50%

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Dental Territory Sales Manager to join our team in San Luis, Monterey, Santa Barbara, San Benito, and Fresno Counties!

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with dental practices and clients within your territory.
• Product Education & Demonstrations: Educate clients about our products and services, and attend trade shows to conduct product demonstrations.
• Lead Generation: Identify and generate potential leads for future sales opportunities.
• Sales Performance: Set and exceed sales quotas while tracking and reporting sales activities in an organized manner.
• Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members, sharing insights and strategies to enhance overall team performance.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of current dental sales experience in the desired territory
• Skills: Strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Travel: Must have the ability to travel frequently to meet with clients and conduct business.
