Uses appropiate social media to attract top talent.* ### Proposes and implements a variety of activities to increase the impact of the recruiting efforts. Has a creative and diverse approach to recruiting challenges.* ### Evaluates the qualifications of applicants, recruits, interviews, and makes offers.* ### Stays abreast of latest recruiting trends and activities, for the benefit of all supported units.* ### Creates job postings that are accurate and promote the MSMC brand to attract top talent. Places these posting on all appropiate sites/media.* ### Builds and maintains solid relationships with hiring managers. Maintains visible presence and has regular meetings with all customers.* ### Upon the receipt of staffing requisitions, contacts the appropriate hiring manager and completes a thorough Intake Meeting to include the open position's requirements, recruitment strategy, and Service Level Agreement.* ### Utilizes the ATS and the Open Job Report to track candidates and workflow of open positions, updating information accuratly and on time.* ### Build and maintains solid relations with new hires, providing support through the on-boarding process and the transition throughout the probationary period and beyond.* ### Is proactive in building candidate piplines.* ### Oversees the new hire's process assuring they are cleared through the Employee Health Office and are able to start as planned.* ### Maintains records in conformance with legal and organizational requirements.* ### Complies with Compensation hiring guidelines when determining salary offers. Maintains and promotes internal equity though extended offers.* ### Prepares reports and recommends solutions to minimize barriers and improve the impact of the recruiting group.* ### Supports the HR Manager as required, including feedback and input from staff and assigned processes.
