Vera French Community Mental Health Center is looking for a compassionate and driven Registered Nurse to join our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team - a dynamic, community-based program that meets clients where they are and helps them thrive.

This is a full-time, first-shift position with rotating on-call responsibilities.

What You'll Do

• Provide nursing services, case management, and supportive counseling

• Monitor, administer, and educate clients about medications

• Review lab results and collaborate with the team prescriber

• Assess physical health needs and coordinate appropriate referrals

• Teach independent living skills

• Help clients access housing, employment, and community resources

• Support clients in building strong, sustainable community networks

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing

• Minimum six months of psychiatric nursing experience

• Current Iowa RN license

• ANCC Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing (Generalist) certification preferred

• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record

• Ability to pass pre-employment physical, drug, and alcohol screening

authorize the release of this information by the appropriate agencies to the investigating service. I authorize and give permission for
the individuals listed as references to provide written information and/or verbally discuss my background with Vera French
Community Mental Health Center, or any of its affiliates.

This authorization, in original or copy form, shall be valid for this and any future reports and updates that may be required.
