Client Services Associate

It's a place where you can build a career and help people at the same time. What we are looking for: Looking for a talented and friendly individual to join our team as a customer service specialist! As a key member of our office staff, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch service to our clients over the phone and in person. We're seeking someone with a track record of success in a customer service role who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Experience with healthcare office operations is a plus but not required - we're willing to train the right candidate! As a customer service specialist, you'll need to be a multitasking expert with excellent communication skills. Duties will include answering phones, scheduling appointments, managing client records, and providing administrative support to our mental health professionals. Hours for this role: Monday-Thursday 9-2:30pm with the ability to be flexible as needed within the hours of operation. Hours of operation: Monday: 8a-7p; Tuesday: 8a-7p; Wednesday: 8a-5p; Thursday: 8-7p; Friday: 8a-3p. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Prior administrative or clerical experience preferred Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) A highly organized multi-tasker who works well in a fast-paced environment Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills The ability to work independently with a problem-solving mindset Willingness to learn and grow with the company Team-player and positive attitude What we offer: Medical Insurance for you & your family partially paid by The Village Generous Health Saving Account contribution by The Village for eligible employees enrolled in our health plan. 100% 403(b) Retirement Match up to 5% immediately at hire.
