Assistant Manager - Part-time

Responsibilities Provide an amazing shopping experience that will encourage customers to return. They’ll be impressed by your product knowledge, customer experience skills, and use of the Force. Step in and step up when needed, covering the sales floor and providing leadership support when the Manager is unavailable. Manage the keys to the kingdom—open and close the store as needed. Work the register; process sales transactions and use your fandom knowledge to drive add-on sales with BOPIS and curbside pickup. You’ll also close out the register and communicate shortages or overages to the Store Manager. Understand store sales plans, comp sales goals, and key KPIs such as UPT and ADT. Assist with planogram changes, including store map, wall, fixture, and merchandising mix adjustments. Communicate fashion trend information to management and respective HQ partners. Work with Store Management to prevent misuse of spells and wizardry related to theft. Support the maintenance of the mother ship; keep the stock room organized and the store tidy. Help develop and retain a super collaborative, passionate team to run the store alongside you. Perform any other activities as assigned by the Store Leader. Qualifications At least 1 year of retail store experience. Avenger-like skills: communication, time management, professionalism, operations, and a drive to develop your team. Minimum age 18 years. High school diploma or GED equivalent. Ability to navigate the store, merchandise product using approved store equipment, and pack or unpack boxes of merch that may weigh up to 50 pounds. #J-18808-Ljbffr
