Dragon Pharma Labs is seeking a motivated Customer Success Manager to join our team in Opa-locka. This full-time, on-site position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to begin their career in the health and fitness industry. As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive the best possible experience with our products and services.
In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers, providing them with the necessary support and guidance to maximize the value they receive from our offerings. Your contributions will directly impact customer satisfaction and retention, helping Dragon Pharma Labs continue to thrive in a competitive market.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers
- Onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition to our services
- Monitor customer health and proactively address issues
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve services
- Work closely with sales and product teams to enhance customer experience
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
