Human Resources Assistant

As an HR Assistant, you'll provide administrative and clerical support to the Human Resources department while helping maintain confidential records, supporting hiring and onboarding processes, and assisting with employee programs and events. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and contributing to a positive workplace culture focused on helping people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. 

What You'll Do: 

• Maintain confidential employee records and HR files


• Complete employment verifications, background check data entry, and reference checks


• Assist with various activities (record retention, HR database updates, recruitment supports) 


• Process paperwork, filing, scanning, and general administrative duties

• Proficiency with computer systems and data entry
