Position Summary
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for callers. In this role, you will manage a high volume of inbound calls, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure calls are accurately routed to the appropriate departments and associates.
Key Responsibilities

• Answer and manage approximately incoming customer calls daily in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner.
• Listen carefully to caller inquiries and efficiently direct calls to the appropriate department or team member.
• Maintain a strong understanding of company departments, functions, and resources to ensure accurate call routing.
• Deliver a positive customer experience by providing helpful and professional assistance to callers.
• Support Office Services and Mailroom operations as needed while continuing to manage incoming calls.
• Perform additional administrative and operational duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle a high-volume phone environment while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
• Excellent listening skills and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic administrative support experience preferred
