Job Description Shift Information: Tuesday - Saturday 12 pm - 9pm (2nd Shift) Tuesday - Friday 9am - 7pm & Saturday 10am - 2pm Monday, Tuesday, Friday & Saturday 7:55am - 6:55pm Monday - Friday - 12pm - 9pm
Required Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Required Experience, Knowledge & Skills: Displays passion, commitment and drive to deliver an experience that improves clients' financial lives Commitment to teamwork and flexibility to work assigned schedule, including weekends and holidays Ability to engage with clients, understand their needs, explain options in plain language, build rapport, and handle objections Comfortable receiving ongoing coaching and performance feedback Comfortable adapting to change and learning new technology and processes Intermediate computer proficiency Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills Ability to balance customer service with sales opportunities Ability to manage risk while following banking policies and procedures
Preferred Experience, Knowledge & Skills: Experience in banking or financial services Experience working in a call center Experience in telephone sales Experience in inbound or outbound contact centers (phone, chat, or video) Experience with sales, cross-selling, upselling, or product referrals Experience as a Personal Banker managing high client volume
Job Duties: Work with clients to build and deepen relationships by identifying financial needs and recommending appropriate banking products and services Respond to customer inquiries and concerns while creating customized solutions Sell and fulfill banking products including: Checking Accounts Savings Accounts Credit Cards Certificates of Deposit (CDs) Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs) Loans Identify opportunities requiring licensed sales functions and refer clients to business partners Quote banking rates, terms, and available programs Manage risk in every customer interaction using available tools and established procedures
Typical Day: Answer inbound customer calls throughout the shift Assist customers with account questions and service requests Build rapport and uncover customer financial goals Recommend banking products and services that meet customer needs Navigate multiple banking systems while documenting customer interactions Collaborate with internal partners when specialized assistance is needed Meet customer service and performance expectations while maintaining compliance
