Concrete Plant Production Crew Member
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Pay: $22.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM– 3:00 PM | 40–50 Hours/Week + Overtime
We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our growing precast concrete production team. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in building quality products, and want to develop valuable skills in the construction and manufacturing industry, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do- Set and strip concrete forms
- Tie and install rebar
- Pour and finish concrete products
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment
- Assist with forklifts, overhead cranes, and other machinery (training available)
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
- Work with team members throughout different stages of production
- Experience in construction, concrete, framing, landscaping, or manufacturing preferred
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, equipment, or forklifts
- Welding experience is a plus
- Willingness to learn new skills and work in different production areas
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Stable work history
- Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy materials
- Comfortable working in an outdoor production environment
