Pipe Welding Job in Ashland, VA
$28 to $32 an hour for stainless TIG pipe welding in Ashland, VA. Steady, ongoing day-shift work for a skilled pipe welder who takes pride in clean welds. You will run TIG on stainless pipe and tube, working from drawings and weld specs.
Pay and Schedule
- $28 to $32 per hour, weekly pay
- Day shift, Monday to Friday
- Overtime available most weeks
- W-2 employment, taxes handled
- Ongoing project work, not a short job
Responsibilities
This is hands-on work running quality welds every shift.
- TIG weld stainless steel pipe and tube
- Read weld specs and shop drawings
- Fit, tack, and weld process piping
- Prep and purge joints before welding
- Keep your work area clean and safe
Qualifications
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Hands-on stainless TIG pipe experience
- Comfortable reading shop drawings
- Steady hand for clean, quality welds
- Pride in clean, repeatable welds
- Reliable transportation to Ashland VA
