Job Title: Pipefitter
Job Description

The role involves constructing a rooftop enclosure known as a 'penthouse' to house major mechanical equipment such as HVAC systems, boilers, and chillers. The position requires the installation of robust pipe systems to support building services, specifically using carbon steel piping.

Responsibilities

• Measure, fabricate, and install piping systems, including valves, gauges, and insulation for refrigeration or heating systems.

• Experience with carbon steel piping.
• Proficiency in pipefitting.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in pipefitting.

• Experience with plumbing and PVC.
• Additional pipefitting or plumbing experience is a plus.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Henrico, VA.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $48.00/hr.
