This role has earning potential of $100,000 per year in total compensation.$5,000 Sign-On Bonus for New HiresPrimary Purpose of PositionThe Senior HVAC Service Technician is responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and completing electronic/mechanical repairs of specified HVAC equipment and water heaters. This role ensures all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all local and national codes.Primary Duties and AccountabilitiesPerform and train others in preventative maintenance on all residential heating, air conditioning and ventilation equipment.Assist in sealed system HVAC, water heaters, or advanced appliance repair as part of training and development.Provide exceptional customer service and communicate clearly with homeowners regarding work performed and recommendations.Complete all required documentation, including service tickets, time logs, and material usage.Ability to be on-call and respond to emergency situationsMaintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in good working condition.Adherent to all safety protocols and company policies.Minimum Qualifications5 years of work experience, or a combination of work and accredited trade or vocational training equaling 5 years, in basic heating, ventilation, and air conditioning serviceAll required State licensingValid EPA-608 Technician Certification, Type 2 or higherDemonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writingProven customer service skillsAdvanced knowledge of the tools and materials related to the service fieldAdvanced skills in servicing appliances or heating and air conditioning equipmentAdvanced skills in servicing gas and electric water heatersAdvanced skills in sales with the ability to recommend and promote all services offered by the companyEligibility to meet Company driving standards, including possession of a valid driver's licenseAbility to work weekends, holidays, and overtimePreferred QualificationsNATE Certification
