Director of Nursing 
$57 - $67/hour | Full-Time
Green Lea Senior Living | Mabel, MN 

• Competitive Pay: $57 - $67/hour + credit for experience
• Schedule Available: This is a full-time role, Monday - Friday with on call rotation required
• Person-Centered Care: Focus on dignity, respect, and individualized support
• Supportive Leadership:  Work alongside caring, collaborative professionals

• Provide leadership and oversight for nursing services, ensuring high-quality care and clinical excellence throughout the community
• Implement nursing best practices and regulatory standards to support positive resident outcomes and compliance
• Develop, mentor, and educate nursing staff, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Enhance communication between staff, residents, and families to promote trust, engagement, and exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address the unique healthcare needs of residents and support individualized care planning

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) License with the State of Minnesota
• Must be 18 year of age or older
• Previous Director of Nursing experience is preferred but not required
