Inpatient-Home Health Full-time (Days)

Position Overview: We're seeking a Director of Therapy Services to lead our therapy department, including inpatient and home health. You will oversee patient assessments, program development, staffing, and budget management while ensuring quality care and compliance with relevant standards.

Director Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments and educate on treatment plans.
• Lead therapy program development and ensure proper billing/coding.
• Maintain department QI programs and contribute to hospital-wide initiatives.
• Manage department budget, staffing, and scheduling.
• Report to the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) on any concerns.

Director Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Physical Therapy required; DPT preferred.
• 2-3 years of clinical experience.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience.
• BLS certification required.
