A well-established manufacturing company is looking for a Production Supervisor to lead daily operations on an assigned shift. This position is responsible for driving production performance, leading frontline employees, maintaining safety and quality standards, and ensuring production goals are met. Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities for an assigned manufacturing shift
• Ensure production schedules are met safely and efficiently
• Coordinate staffing and machine utilization to maximize productivity
• Monitor production performance and resolve operational issues
• Coach, mentor, and develop production team members
• Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement
• Maintain housekeeping and workplace organization standards
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and warehouse teams to support production goals

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical or vocational training preferred)
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience
• Previous experience leading production employees in a manufacturing environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Compensation & Benefits

• $65,000-$70,000 base salary
