Executive Assistant

Burnyzz Speed Shop

Accounting & Administrative Executive Assistant Position Summary Burnyzz is seeking a highly professional, detail-oriented Accounting and Administrative Executive Assistant to support the daily administrative and financial operations of the company. This individual will work directly with ownership and play a critical role in maintaining / processing financial and administrative records, and HR functions. The ideal candidate must demonstrate the highest level of integrity, confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion. Key Responsibilities Accounting & Financial Administration Manage daily accounting transactions utilizing QuickBooks. Process accounts payable and accounts receivable. Reconcile bank and credit card statements. Assist with month‑end financial close activities. Maintain vendor records and payment schedules. Payroll & Human Resources Process weekly payroll accurately and on time. Track PTO, attendance records, and payroll adjustments. Maintain employee personnel files and HR records. Coordinate onboarding and new hire documentation. Assist with benefits administration and recruiting support. Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies. Administrative Support Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations for ownership. Manage highly confidential company and employee information. Qualifications Required 3–5 years of accounting, payroll, bookkeeping, or HR experience. Strong QuickBooks experience (required). Payroll processing experience. Strong Microsoft Office skills. Exceptional organizational and communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times. Preferred Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
