Job Description
Park6 Logistics is seeking an enthusiastic Account Representative to join our growing team in Miami, FL. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for clients, helping build lasting relationships while supporting business growth through outstanding customer service and account management. Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate logistics solutions.
- Assist with account management and daily client communications.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely service delivery.
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and account documentation.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve inquiries professionally.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships.
- Maintain accurate records and account updates within company systems.
- Represent the company with professionalism and a customer-first mindset.
