This highly visible role will act as a trusted advisor and innovation catalyst, leveraging our healthcare expertise and technology capabilities to drive transformation for clients. Responsibilities Translate market trends into actionable and differentiated solution offerings. Align NTT DATA and partner capabilities to deliver high-value solutions for healthcare providers. Client Engagement Support sales teams, focusing on C-suite engagement and strategic conversations. Contribute to go-to-market strategies and act as a subject-matter expert in client discussions. Industry Thought Leadership Represent NTT DATA in the healthcare market through publications, speaking engagements, and industry forums. Develop thought leadership content highlighting innovation and industry insights. Solution Delivery & Method Integration Define and integrate delivery approaches across Applications, BPO, Consulting, Digital, and Infrastructure. Collaborate with Enterprise Architects and delivery teams to ensure cohesive solution execution. Partner & Analyst Management Manage key relationships with industry partners and analysts. Oversee product lifecycle alignment and ensure solutions meet evolving market demands. Knowledge Development Promote knowledge sharing and domain expertise within healthcare provider teams. Support development of capabilities across matrixed teams. Investment Management Partner with the Client Growth Office to guide solution investments from ideation through ROI realization. Sales Support & Industry Insights Participate in client pursuits as an industry SME. Provide strategic insights to strengthen proposals and solution positioning. External Representation Present at conferences, industry events, and through whitepapers. Showcase NTT DATA’s innovation and capabilities within healthcare. Qualifications 12+ years of experience in Information Technology/Consulting with a focus on digital transformation. 8+ years in a technology portfolio solutions leadership role with a proven ability to design and deliver solutions in complex, cross‑functional healthcare environments. Deep knowledge of digital transformation, AI, and emerging technologies. Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to align R&D investments to future-focused offerings. 7+ years of healthcare provider solutions or products leadership experience, including go-to-market offerings and portfolio focused on addressing value-add offerings targeting client outcomes. Experience building transformation roadmaps and delivering integrated, multi-service solutions. Active participation in industry events, thought leadership, and analyst and partner/alliance engagement. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (12+ years of relevant industry experience). Preferred Qualifications Experience in the Canadian market, including public sector and healthcare environments.
