Outbound Acquisition Specialist

Job Description

Hall Automotive is in the process of building an Acquisition Team for acquiring used cars for the company.

This position is primarily calling, texting, and emailing with customers about their current vehicle they are looking to sell, and working alongside our Buyers to gather the details needed for rough appraisals. This role can provide you with a flexible schedule, Monday-Friday. This is an in-office position.

Responsibilities:

• Follow up with customers looking to value or sell their car
• Goal is to set an appointment for a free appraisal
• Understand customer needs
• Obtain customer details for Buyer if a rough offer is needed
• Provide a caring and can-do attitude within the context of all customer communication
• Utilize phone calls, texts and emails to engage customers as needed

Requirements:

• Comfortable making outbound calls in warm and cold-calling scenarios, 8 hours per day
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong computer skills
• Elead experience is a plus
• Empathetic and proactive in dealing with customer concerns
• Able to pivot to sales and appointment setting as needed
• Professional and friendly at all times
• Self-motivated and able to multi-task efficiently
