Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients experiencing symptoms of major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders through video or phone consultations.

• Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress, share insights, and develop cohesive treatment strategies.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, creating personalized treatment plans that focus on the unique needs and goals of each client.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver effective therapeutic interventions, ensuring that services are both preventative and recovery-focused.

• Monitor client progress through regular meetings, ensuring therapeutic goals are met and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

• Collaborate with community resources and referral services to ensure that clients receive comprehensive support, linking them with additional services when needed.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including individual, group, and family therapy, to meet the diverse needs of clients.

• Keep detailed records of client interactions and treatment progress, ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines and organizational standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field.

• Possession of a current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential in the state of California.

• Strong organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members.

• Competency in addressing age-related and specialty issues for various client groups.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of clinical experience working as an LCSW, particularly in community health or mental health services.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
