Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Make outbound calls to customers who have requested insurance quotes, building relationships, identifying needs, and recommending appropriate coverage options.
