Conduct patient assessments and collaborate closely with physicians on treatment plans. Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and ongoing care. Prescribe medications and initiate interventions in accordance with established protocols. Incorporate evidence-based practices into clinical decision-making. Support quality outcomes while maintaining accurate documentation and compliance standards. Qualifications Current Nurse Practitioner license issued by the Texas State Board. 1-3 years of advanced practice provider experience preferred. Strong clinical assessment, communication, and patient advocacy skills. Passion for delivering exceptional patient care in a collaborative environment.
