USI Insurance Services offers an 18-month Employee Benefits Career Track Program designed for recent graduates pursuing client service and employee benefits careers. You’ll gain hands-on experience supporting account teams and client needs, while benefiting from a mentorship program and networking across the organization. The program provides more than 1,300 hours of structured training and practical work experience, with months 1–3 focused 100% on training.
