Why Work At The Place Compensation: Base salary $72,000 - $88,000 (salary commensurate with experience) Shared Success Bonus Plan: Earn up to $11,400.00 annually EX. Base Salary + Shared Success Bonus Plan = $83,200.00, starting salary for newly certified BCBAs Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 Location Premium: $3,500 to be added to base salary Relocation Assistance: Are you moving from a different state or willing to relocate? Free CEUs: In-House CE Training and $1,000.00 Annual Professional Development Stipend. Work From Home Reward Incentive: Up to 4 days per month (up to 48 per year) to WFH. Conduct assessments and craft individualized treatment programs that directly impact each child's progression. Maintain meticulous client notes and data, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness in therapy. Provide crucial supervision and training to our clinical staff and families, empowering them to support our mission. Evaluate and adapt behavior intervention plans, driving continuous improvement and success. Cultivate a positive and supportive culture among our dedicated team, clients, and families, fostering a sense of belonging and empowerment. What Will Set You Apart Master's Degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field. Active BCBA certification, State Licensure from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Clinical Setting Experience Strongly Preferred Proficient in systems such as Central Reach and Catalyst.
