Instructional Design & Trainer, Associate

Description: This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Instructional Design & Trainer, Associate based in the United States. This is a remote opportunity for an early-career learning professional to help design and deliver engaging training experiences in a healthcare technology environment. You’ll create and maintain learning content, job aids, documentation, and eLearning materials that help end users confidently adopt new systems and workflows. The role combines instructional design, training coordination, technical learning support, and classroom facilitation. You’ll collaborate with senior instructional designers, training managers, product teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality education programs. Your work will support onboarding, go-live activities, demonstrations, and ongoing end-user education. This is a collaborative environment where attention to detail, clear communication, problem-solving, and continuous improvement are highly valued.
