ProMach, a leading provider of integrated packaging and processing solutions, seeks a Senior Project Manager to manage machine build projects from concept to completion across multiple industries. Responsibilities Assist the applications and sales departments with specifications, concepting, estimating, and technical presentations. Ensure engineering design, both electrical and mechanical, meets specifications and follows approved concepts. Attend design review meetings, tabling any concerns and acting on them through close communication with department managers. Follow procedures to determine progress based on schedule, conformance to specification, risk analysis, budget, and forecast. Facilitate project teams to a successful completion, on time and within budget. Manage all customer contact through the project life cycle. Act as an active participant in the World Class customer check‑out and project closure. Collaborate with service and accounting to achieve project closure. Seek and discover new products and processes applicable to the business. Assist in the mentorship, training, and onboarding of team members. Qualifications 2 years post–high school technical training; BS or BA degree preferred. 4–6 years of project management experience. 4–6 years of manufacturing and scheduling experience preferred. Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast‑paced, deadline‑oriented environment. Strong planning, organizational, and multitasking skills. Ability to take initiative and ownership with a focus on continuous improvement. Strong customer‑service disposition and sense of professionalism. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present information to internal and external associates. Solid understanding of business operations and industry; demonstrated business acumen. Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. Advanced Microsoft Office skills. Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
