Location: Nashville Area - Onsite (No Remote)

Pay: 130K–$150K Base + Bonus

We're looking for an individual for a rapidly growing organization to help lead the next phase of an established and rapidly scaling ecommerce retail media.

This is a unique opportunity for a retail media, e-commerce or digital media sales professional who wants to do more than inherit a book of business.

The organization has experienced tremendous growth in its digital media business and is investing heavily in the continued expansion of its Retail Media Network. This individual will report to the digital director, manage a small team of sales leads and play an important role in developing and executing the sales strategy.

What You'll Do:

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Retail Media Sales Leads

• Build pipeline and drive incremental advertising revenue

• Develop strategic relationships with brands and suppliers

• Partner closely with internal merchants and category leaders

• Identify new retail media and advertising opportunities

• Create customized solutions around advertiser objectives

• Partner with analytics, product and media operations teams

• Use customer and campaign data to demonstrate performance and ROI

• Help build a scalable sales approach for a growing Retail Media Network

Ideal Background:

• Approximately 8–15 years of professional experience

• Retail media, digital media sales, e-commerce, CPG or relevant agency experience

• Strong understanding of digital advertising and retail media

• Proven history generating revenue and developing strategic accounts

• Leadership or player/coach experience

• Experience working with retailers, merchants, suppliers or consumer brands

• Strong presentation and relationship-building skills

• Comfortable using data and campaign performance to support a sale
