Restaurant Manager

Restaurant Manager Smoky Mountain Brewery | Knoxville Area Smoky Mountain Brewery is looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our Knoxville area team. We're looking for an organized, hands-on leader who cares about great food, genuine hospitality, and helping team members succeed. As a Manager, you'll help guide daily operations, support both front and back of house teams, and make decisions that keep quality and the guest experience at the center of every shift. What You'll Do Lead by example and make guest service a priority. Oversee food quality, from preparation through every plate served. Help recruit, train, develop, and retain front and back of house team members. Work with the management team to improve the guest experience and build loyalty. Help meet restaurant budgets, goals, and performance objectives. Support community involvement and local marketing efforts. Manage food costs, labor, and other operating expenses, with particular attention to back of house operations, while protecting food quality and service. Identify safety hazards and take action to keep guests and team members safe. Complete daily paperwork accurately and on time, including payroll, purchase orders, bank deposits, and employment forms. What We're Looking For 2–5 years of experience in casual, upscale casual, or fine dining. A positive leader with enthusiasm and a passion for hospitality. Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail. The ability to coach, train, and develop a team.
