Job Position: Screen Printer Location: Carol Stream, IL60188. Pay Rate: $18.00/hr Shift: first shift 7:00am- 4:30pm. Screen Printer Job Description Requirements & Skills Strong attention to detail and accurate color matching Quick learner with good work habits and reliability Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and move around machinery Comfortable with frequent bending, twisting, and standing Primary Responsibilities Learn and operate screen-printing processes under supervision Set up screens, align frames, and prepare materials for each job Mix and match inks to ensure accurate color reproduction Run print jobs of varying sizes, maintaining quality standards Clean screens and maintain an organized, safe workspace Read job instructions and use basic computer systems Collaborate with the Printing Manager and team to improve skills Additional Expectations Willingness to learn and improve daily Strong work ethic and adaptability Perform other duties as assigned Safety & Dress Code Masks optional Wear durable clothing that can get dirty (no holes) No open-toe shoes Jeans or pocket shorts allowed Associate can report any hazards and concerns to the Illinois Department of Labor by call the Department s Day and Temporary Labor Services Act toll‑free hotline at View phone number on click.appcast.io or email at View email address on click.appcast.io Total Staffing and QFS does not provide any transportation resources or meals for our associates during any assignments.
