Deaconess Memorial Medical Center is seeking a full-time, BC/BE Pain Medicine physician to lead and grow a thriving outpatient Pain Management service within Deaconess Specialty Clinic. This is a rare opportunity to shape a high-volume practice from the ground up, supported by a respected health system, cutting-edge resources, and an exceptional clinical team.

Brand-New Expanded Clinic: Deliver pain management services in a newly expanded, modern outpatient clinic designed for efficiency and growth.
Outpatient-Focused Model: Comprehensive clinic-based and procedural pain management, no inpatient rounding.
Integrated Technology: Seamless care coordination using Epic EMR, shared across the clinic and hospital.

Exceptional Compensation & Benefits

Guaranteed Salary: $550,000 + RVU productivity incentives
Sign-On Bonus: $50,000
CME Allowance: $3,500 annually
Relocation Assistance: $15,000
Comprehensive Benefits: Health, dental, vision, life, disability, and retirement plans
Malpractice Coverage: Paid malpractice with tail coverage
Visa Status: Unable to accept J-1 visas
