We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support clients in Pittsfield, Massachusetts within the financial services industry. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who communicates clearly, handles a high volume of customer interactions with professionalism, and provides dependable service across phone-based channels. The person in this role will help resolve inquiries, process requests accurately, and contribute to a positive customer experience in a fast-paced support environment.

Responsibilities:
• Respond to incoming customer calls promptly and professionally, providing helpful support for a range of account or service-related questions.
• Place outbound calls when follow-up is needed to clarify requests, share updates, or confirm next steps with customers.
• Enter customer orders, service details, and interaction notes with a strong focus on accuracy and completeness.
• Investigate client concerns, identify practical solutions, and ensure issues are resolved or escalated appropriately.
• Maintain a consistent, courteous approach while managing multiple conversations and service tasks throughout the day.
• Document each customer interaction thoroughly to support service continuity and operational compliance.
• Work closely with internal teams to address more complex requests and help keep service levels on track.• Previous experience in a call center or customer-facing support role.
• Ability to manage inbound and outbound phone conversations with confidence and professionalism.
• Strong verbal communication skills and active listening ability.
• Experience handling customer questions, concerns, and service requests in a timely manner.
• Comfortable with data entry and maintaining accurate records during customer interactions.
• Able to stay organized and effective in a fast-paced environment.
