We are currently seeking a Paralegal to work with eligibility. The scope of work of the Eligibility Paralegal includes independently managing a caseload of eligibility appeals to ensure timely compliance with deadlines.

The Eligibility Paralegal will review appeal requests, case documents, and other appropriate evidence to draft and render administrative decisions in accordance with fair hearing principles.

The Eligibility Paralegal will also contact appellants and their representatives to identify outstanding documentation requested by the Division and to answer questions about the appeal process.

Temp Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 1 hr lunch break (can adjust to make it a 30 minute lunch break).
