As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll be helping business owners see the value of telling their story through film — and showing them how to use that content to grow their brand on a medium most of them haven't tapped into yet.

EXPECTED EARNINGS (NO B.S.)

Commission only — 10% of revenue collected

Low end: $5k–$6k/month. Mid range: $10k–$20k/month. Top performers: $20k–$30k/month

Most reps work 5–8 hours a day

Top reps also build a recurring book of business — some earn $10k–$15k/month from their book alone after about a year

We invest heavily in training, but not everyone makes it — roughly 50% of reps are removed after 30 days. The ones who make it past 30 days do well

THE ROLE

Take 16x 30-minute Zoom calls per day

Sell $10k–$100k TV media packages to small businesses

All calls are inbound, booked on your calendar via typeform application

Attend every call on time, camera on, fully professional

No sleazy or high-pressure tactics — ethical selling only. All calls are audited

Must be comfortable with tech: sending SMS, completing reports, updating CRM after each call

Attend daily morning training

100% remote — work from anywhere with a professional home Zoom setup
