Integrity Commercial Cleaning is looking for a motivated Cleaning Team Lead to oversee our commercial cleaning operations. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll coach and support your team while ensuring our clients receive exceptional service every visit. Pay & Perks $16.50–$17.50 per hour (based on experience) Flexible part-time schedule Paid training 1 week Paid Time Off (PTO) Phone allowance Vehicle allowance Paid travel time between job sites Opportunities for growth and advancement What You'll Do As our Cleaning Team Lead, you will: Lead and support a team of professional cleaners at multiple commercial locations. Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed thoroughly, safely, and on schedule. Train and coach new employees on cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and company standards. Perform quality inspections to maintain our high standards of cleanliness. Monitor and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment. Resolve employee or client concerns professionally and promptly. Assist with scheduling and daily operations to keep jobs running smoothly. Lead by example by maintaining a positive attitude and strong work ethic. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who has: Experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial, or custodial services. Previous leadership or supervisory experience (preferred). Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Excellent communication and organizational skills. The ability to motivate, coach, and support a team. A professional attitude with outstanding customer service skills. Reliability, honesty, and a strong work ethic.
