Your exceptional communication and influencing abilities will foster productive relationships with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and effective risk management.Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement technical program plans, aligning with organizational goals and cross-functional collaborationOversee complex technology project and program execution, managing resources, budgets, and timelines while mitigating risks and addressing roadblocksFoster strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams, providing direction and defining decision-making procedures for beneficial outcomesGuide the selection and implementation of appropriate technologies, platforms and software tools leveraging advanced technical fluencyChampion continuous improvement by identifying process optimization opportunities, incorporating best practices, and staying abreast of emerging technologiesDrive program and portfolio strategy, manage organizational priorities and outcomes while monitoring OKRs and value deliveryEstablish data-driven portfolio management (roadmaps, capacity, OKRs, benefits realization, risks) and reportingCraft executive-ready presentation materials and narratives that translate complex topics into clear, understandable, and actionable informationOrchestrate new ways of working across the portfolio (e.g., adaptive planning, quarterly prioritization), ensuring governance and accountabilityRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills7+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in large organizationsDemonstrated proficiency in technical solutions, vendor product knowledge, managing vendor relations, and implementing solutionsDemonstrated experience leading client-driven programs, translating client requirements into actionable delivery plans, managing stakeholder expectations, and driving execution across cross-functional technology, infrastructure, and business teams.Advanced analytical reasoning skills, applying critical thinking and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, and operational objectivesProven ability in leading through change, managing dependencies, and controlling change in high-pressure, shifting environmentsAdvanced expertise in stakeholder management, establishing productive relationships, and driving beneficial outcomes aligned with firm objectivesExceptional communication skills with the ability to distill complexity into executive-ready narratives, visuals, and dashboardsDemonstrated track record of designing and operationalizing portfolio governance, with experience in portfolio reporting, capacity and sequencing, and outcome-based planningPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsCertifications such as SAFe, PMP, or PgMPExperience leading multi-LOB transformations at scale within technology or financial servicesProficiency with portfolio tooling and analytics (e.g., Jira Align, OKR platforms, BI dashboards) to enable data-driven decisionsDemonstrated ability to effectively leverage AI and emerging technologies to drive operational efficiency, improve program execution, accelerate insights, and enhance client and stakeholder outcomes.
