Exciting Travel Ultrasound Tech Opportunity!

Job Description:

- Join our dynamic team as a Travel Ultrasound Technician!
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Shift: Monday to Friday, 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM with on-call (typically 1-2 times per week)

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide timely diagnostic ultrasound services to both inpatients and outpatients.
- Conduct a variety of sonograms, including:
- Abdominal
- Pelvic (gynecological & obstetrical)
- Transvaginal
- Proficiently scan small parts such as:
- Thyroid
- Breast
- Scrotum
- Perform ultrasound-guided procedures, including:
- Biopsies
- Drainage
- Thoracentesis
- Paracentesis
- Aspirations

Requirements:

- Valid Ultrasound certification
- BLS certification
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the field
- Graduation from an accredited AMA school
- Registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) or as a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS)
- Maintenance of a valid State License as a general radiographer
