Position Summary

Restoration company is seeking a highly motivated, relationship-driven Commercial Business Development Manager to drive growth throughout the Central Mississippi market. This individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining referral relationships that generate restoration, reconstruction, emergency response, and commercial services opportunities.

The ideal candidate is a true "hunter" who enjoys networking, building relationships, opening doors, and creating opportunities. This position is focused on generating new revenue through commercial property managers, facility managers, healthcare facilities, municipalities, schools, insurance professionals, multifamily housing, and other strategic referral sources.

Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to increase market share.
• Generate new commercial and residential referral opportunities.
• Establish and maintain relationships with:
• • Property Managers
  • Facility Managers
  • Multifamily Communities
  • Assisted Living Facilities
  • Nursing Homes
  • Schools & Universities
  • Municipalities
  • Insurance Agents
  • Insurance Adjusters
  • Realtors
  • Commercial Property Owners
• Conduct face-to-face sales calls and networking meetings.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and community networking functions.
• Deliver presentations and lunch-and-learns to referral partners.
• Identify emergency response opportunities before competitors.

Relationship Management

• Build trust and long-term partnerships with referral sources.
• Maintain regular communication with key accounts.
• Create value-added touchpoints throughout the year.
• Track all contacts and activities within the company CRM.

Emergency Response Planning

• Develop Emergency Response Programs (ERP) for commercial clients.
• Conduct facility assessments and preparedness meetings.
• Position Paul Davis as the preferred emergency restoration contractor.

Marketing & Brand Awareness

• Promote Paul Davis services throughout the market.
• Collaborate with operations to maximize opportunities.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.

Performance Expectations

Successful candidates will consistently:

• Conduct 20+ face-to-face sales meetings weekly
• Generate 10+ new referral relationships quarterly
• Conduct 1–2 lunch-and-learns monthly
• Attend networking events weekly
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation
• Meet annual organic revenue goals
• Develop and maintain Emergency Response Plans with commercial accounts

Expected First-Year Earnings: $65,000 – $90,000+
