This role acts as a liaison between frontline production staff and management coordinating workflow, monitoring performance, and resolving issues in real time. What You'll Do
- Support the Production Supervisor in daily operations within the Sink Room
- Coordinate workflow and monitor performance to meet production targets
- Ensure quality standards and safety protocols are consistently followed
- Serve as a liaison between production staff and management
- Identify and resolve production issues in real time
- Prior experience in acrylic or composite/stone production processes
- Demonstrated leadership and team coordination experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Solid understanding of manufacturing quality and safety standards
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required
