Production Supervisor

Supervise daily production operations and provide direction to production associates.

Lead, coach, and support production employees to achieve operational goals.

Review production reports, documentation, and output records to monitor performance.

Coordinate with internal departments including warehouse, human resources, and quality assurance.

Maintain high standards of food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness throughout the manufacturing facility.

Ensure employees are properly trained on production processes, job responsibilities, and safety requirements.

Monitor production lines to ensure compliance with good manufacturing practices (GMPs) and safety procedures.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and increased operational efficiency.

Support implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.

Promote employee engagement, teamwork, and a positive production environment.

Ensure production targets for quality, productivity, cost, and customer satisfaction are consistently achieved.

Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Associate or bachelor's degree in industrial supervision, engineering, business, or related field preferred.

2+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.

Food manufacturing experience preferred.

Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and manufacturing processes.

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience with ERP systems, SAGE, and Kronos preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to lead, motivate, and empower production teams.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Ability to work production floor environments with varying temperatures and food-processing conditions.

Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical activities including standing, walking, reaching, and operating standard office equipment.
