As a Customer Service Representative, you are a key member of the team and represent Mr. Appliance on support calls. You are responsible for handling service requests and customer complaints. Exemplifying our code of values, you show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees. This position is right for you if you are self-motivated, energetic, and enjoy helping people. Ideally you are driven to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis. Specific Responsibilities: Receive incoming calls in professional and courteous manner Perform marketing and sales functions to sell additional work and earn business Complete work orders, return customer calls, and respond to customer complaints Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions Likes working Monday-Friday Job Requirements: Minimum two years admin experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills Team player who can work independently Benefits: Company paid dental, no medical but hope in the future with growth. I called one repair man and he told me to unplug the fridge for 36 hours and the drain would thaw out. So I tried his free advise. No such luck. So I googled and came up with Mr Appliance. I typically like to use someone I know but I gave them a shot. I made an appointment online on Friday for 8:30 Monday. Sunday, Mr Appliance sent me an email to confirm with a picture of the repairman. .Monday morning I received a text at 8:18 say the repairman, Jeremy, would be here shortly.
