Senior Corporate Recruiter with Telecom Technician Expertise

As a Senior Corporate Recruiter, you will manage the full recruiting cycle for a leading telecom distributor, focusing on identifying and attracting qualified telecom technician candidates. You will handle multiple job openings across technical, sales, and management roles, ensuring a diverse and skilled talent pipeline.

Job Details

• LOCATION: Garland, TX
• REMOTE: Hybrid model - 3 days onsite and 2 days work from home once training is complete.
• POSITION: Contract to Hire
• PAY: 40hr contract (75k to 80k when you go perm)
• BENEFITS: PTO, Healthcare, Dental, Vision, Term Life, Short Term Disability etc.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers on new job openings and identify best candidate sources.
• Create, post, and maintain job openings.
• Identify, screen, schedule and manage candidates through interviewing and hiring process.
• Sell company as an employer of choice and uphold company values.
• Use and maintain applicant tracking system and create reports as needed.
• Effectively communicate compensation and benefits package.
• Close candidates, create offer letters and follow processes to start background checks on selected candidates.
• Oversee the full cycle recruiting process.
• Create and manage a diverse pipeline and implement new and diverse sourcing methods.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience in a corporate environment.
• 1+ years of high-volume recruiting experience.
• 1+ years recruiting telecom technicians / field technicians.
• Must have experience in reviewing and selecting candidates for multiple fields, specifically in technical, sales, and management roles.
• Must be comfortable building rapport and working closely with hiring managers.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Must have a high sense of urgency.
• Must have experience working with applicant tracking systems and different job boards like Indeed and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Must be proficient in using the Microsoft suite of products.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, or related field preferred.
• Experience with sourcing and hiring Military Veterans preferred.
