This position focuses on promoting brand awareness, outbound sales calls for networking and insurance sales. Vital role in supporting office growth initiatives.ResponsibilitiesThis position involves sales and cold calls in addition to marketing locally and online.Plan and implement local marketing and networking activities.Manage digital outreach including social media and online engagement.Support event coordination and community involvement.Track campaign performance and provide regular updates to the agent.Collaborate with team members to align marketing and customer engagement goals.QualificationsStrong communication and organizational skills.Experience with marketing, communications, or social media preferred.Creative thinker with attention to detail.Must be able to obtain applicable state insurance licenses.Compensation $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
