Job Summary:
Endoscopy Technician position in Falmouth, Massachusetts. This role involves assisting in providing safe and high-quality patient care within the endoscopy and surgical suite, supporting physicians with procedures, preparing rooms and equipment, and maintaining regulatory documentation in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: High school graduate or GED; two years recent experience (within the past 5 years) as Nursing Assistant II, C.N.A., EC Tech or one year recent experience (within the past 5 years) in a direct patient care position in Perioperative Services; BLS certification.
• Preferred Qualifications: Comprehensive knowledge of aseptic technique and principles involved in perioperative care is preferred.
• Additional Information: Assists in supporting the endoscopy and surgical teams by helping prepare patients and rooms, maintaining equipment and supplies, and participating in staff meetings and mandatory programs. The role may include on-call responsibilities, and orientation of new personnel is part of the duties.
