Director OF Employee Relations

The State of Colorado is seeking an Associate Director of Employee Relations in Longmont to support workplace equity and performance. You will partner with HR colleagues and leaders to resolve workplace issues and conduct compliance training. The ideal candidate should have at least four years of HR experience, a Bachelor's degree, and a strong knowledge of employment laws.
